Be The Light

     The world is a dark place. Families are breaking, and people are hurting. It seems as if there is not any hope for this world. Darkness has consumed everything we love and cherish. But there's hope!

That hope is Jesus Christ, our savior! He's the light, our savior, friend, MESSIAH! He gave his life for us! He is what the world needs! If you have accepted Jesus as your savior, it is up to us to tell the world about Jesus.

 We need to be the light. Stick out of the darkness! Once you accept Jesus as your savior it is your job to study his word, get closer to him, and tell the world about him.
      In Matthew 5:14-16 it says 

 "Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."

     What does this mean? 

     Well, what does a light do? It shines in the darkness. That is what we as Christians should do. We need to be the light in the darkness. We can't hide the light God has given in us under a bushel.

    "We must let our light shine before men to glorify our Father that is in Heaven." 

(Matthew 5:16)

       We don't need to be ashamed! Come out and show the world what a savior we have! Reach out to the kids who are being bullied. Talk to the people who need God, and are lost. Hand out flyers for your church. Help the elderly and the homeless. Be the blessing and light God wants you to be. Our Chain Reaction Begins Today!!!!
